Customer Reviews
Detailed order experience
I placed an order for several balls of Emu Classic Chunky, a set of circular needles, and a baby blanket pattern. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. I received an order confirmation email immediately, and a dispatch notification with tracking the next day. The package arrived well-packed about four days later. Everything was present and correct. The yarn quality feels consistent, and the needles are comfortable to hold. I haven't started the pattern yet, but it looks clear and well-written. Customer service wasn't needed for this order, which is always a good sign.
Good yarn, quick delivery
I ordered some Emu Classic DK for a baby blanket project. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was nice. The yarn feels really soft and the color was just like the picture online. Pretty happy with it, will probably get more.
Consistently good service
This was my third order from The Knitting Network, and they've been consistently reliable. This time I got some Stylecraft yarn and a few crochet hooks. Like before, the order processed quickly and arrived within a week. The yarn is always as described, and I appreciate that their stock levels seem accurate online. I keep coming back because I know what to expect in terms of quality and delivery times.
Love the yarn!
Oh my goodness, I just got my order of Emu Treasure DK and it's absolutely gorgeous! The colors are even prettier in person and it feels so lovely. I can't wait to start knitting with it. Seriously, such a great find and the delivery was fast too. I will definitely be shopping here again for all my yarn needs! So excited!
Decent value, small snag
I picked up some of the Emu Cotton DK during a multi-buy deal. The yarn itself is great, exactly what I needed for a summer top, and the price was very good. Delivery was also quick, within a few days. My only minor gripe was that one of the balls had a small knot in it, which I had to work around, but it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, a positive experience and good value.

Anyone tried both The Knitting Network and LoveCrafts? Wondering which one's better for yarn selection.
Is this site legit? Never heard of them before but they have some good deals on yarn.
are these Emu yarns the same quality as the old ones my grandma used to knit with? she keeps talking about how good they were.
how easy are returns if I order too much or change my mind?
Thinking of trying them out. Do they do a first order discount or something if you sign up for emails?
